Whilst researching Neopolitian pizza techniques at the weekend I stumbled upon this video from the late legend Antonio Carluccio. Behold that knife holder. Makes your’s look like some kiddies play kitchen knife holder from Toys ‘R’ Us right? In the video he deep fries his pizza dough in a mix of olive and seed oil. I’m not sure I could use such a generous amount of olive oil for deep frying a pizza but if says it’s fantastico, who are us mere non-legends to argue?
