Broadbean and Dill Dip


  1. Quarter of a packet of frozen broadbeans, or fresh if you can get them
  2. One bunch of fresh dill
  3. Garlic


  1. Microwave the broadbeans for two to three minutes until cooked
  2. Remove the skins and place in a blender.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic and a glug of olive oil and a small handfull of dill.
  4. Blend the mixture and add more dill if required. Dill is strong so go canny.
  5. Season to taste.
