Chocolate Porridge




  1. 4 tablespoons of porridge.
  2. Half a cup of soy milk.
  3. 1 table spoon of chocolate powder.
  4. 1 table spoon of brown sugar.


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a microwave.
  2. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes.


I use large Scottish oats which are chewy and nutty.  I also use less milk than normal which makes the porridge less gloopy.  Experiment with the amount until you get the consistency you prefer.  It definitely makes a difference to the porridge eating experience.
